Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Swaad Kunjika, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the finest Indian snacks with quality, taste, and timely delivery. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read the following policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please email us at swaadkunjika@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9877543933.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it as our snacks are perishable and made to order.
2. Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will verify and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Missing Orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeline, contact us at swaadkunjika@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with delivery provider since we are having third party delivery and either expedite delivery or issue a refund if deemed necessary.
Taste or Preference Issues:
Since taste is subjective and snacks are perishable, we do not offer refunds for items that do not meet personal taste expectations.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of snacks once delivered, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
In case of delays, please contact your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.
